This family-run hotel is equal to 3 stars. The location is perfect, 2 km from a Dinosaurs gallery. It is in a fairly quiet area. The rooms are neat and compact with comfy beds and smoke detectors.

The corridors smell odd, and the furniture looks outdated!!! The noise from the kitchen staff early in the morning is unbearable. Fix the broken bathroom fixtures and consider cleaning the carpets thoroughly.

The location
Maybe the worst shower I've ever had, and the hotel itself is pretty noisy when people are walking over the aisles or even the rooms, it is possible to hear everything your neighbour is doing. The elevators should be renewed since they are tiny and old.

Great hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a tv. On my first stay, the staff returned my forgotten headphones, which I really appreciated. I recommend it and will definitely come back for a weekend.

The hotel was very nice and in an excellent location by Hyde park and in walking distance of many dining options and three tube lines. The staff was friendly and accomidating. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay there again.
